Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and create a high-quality, concierge-style experience
- Answer phones professionally and assist patients with scheduling
- Coordinate and manage the daily hygiene and doctor schedules
- Verify insurance benefits and explain financial information clearly
- Process patient check-in/check-out efficiently and accurately
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members
- Help ensure smooth daily office flow and exceptional customer service
- Support the team in maintaining a positive and professional office culture
- Previous high level customer service experience
- Experience with dental software systems a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
